1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Paintball Network ("TPN", "we", "our", "us"), operated by GFYGaming, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use TPN. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.

4. User Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

The Paintball Network has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Post objectionable, offensive, obscene, or sexually explicit content
• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the platform
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

Violations of this policy will result in immediate content removal and may lead to permanent account suspension. Users who are reported for objectionable content or abusive behavior will have their content reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.

5. Content & Reporting

You retain ownership of content you post on TPN. By posting content, you grant TPN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

All users have the ability to report objectionable content and block abusive users. When a user is blocked, their content is immediately hidden from your feed. Reports are reviewed by our team and acted upon within 24 hours. Users who repeatedly violate our policies will be permanently banned.

6. Field Directory

Field information in our directory is community-contributed and may not always be accurate. TPN is not responsible for the accuracy of field listings. Field owners may claim and manage their listings at any time.

7. Team Management

Team registrants and owners are responsible for managing their team's content, membership, and finances within the platform. TPN provides tools but does not mediate team disputes.

8. Payments & Transactions

Financial transactions processed through TPN (team dues, store purchases, etc.) are facilitated by third-party payment processors. TPN is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

GFYGaming, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
