#26. How do I contact support?

Audience: Everyone.

Short answer: Visit
thepaintballnetwork.com/contact
and fill out the form (name, email, optional phone, issue category,
message). After reCAPTCHA verification you'll see a thank-you
confirmation. We get back to you within 48 hours.

Step-by-step

  1. Click Contact in the site footer (links from every page).
  2. Fill out:
    - Name
    - Email (we reply here)
    - Phone (optional)
    - Issue category (account / billing / event / app bug /
    other)
    - Message
  3. Complete the reCAPTCHA checkbox to confirm you're not a
    bot.
  4. Submit.
  5. You'll see a thank-you confirmation screen — that means
    the message was received.

What happens behind the scenes

  • The submission is stored on our side and routed to the support
    inbox.
  • We reply by email within 48 hours (often much faster).
  • If your category was app bug, we may ask for the platform
    (iOS / Android), version, and steps to reproduce.

Notes / gotchas

  • Spam protection. The reCAPTCHA gate cuts down on bot
    submissions — submitting without completing it bounces you
    back to the form.
  • No login required. The contact form is public and works
    whether or not you're signed in.
  • For chat / event-specific issues, including the team name
    and player name in the message helps us find the right context
    faster.
