#3. What do the 5 colored RSVP dots on event cards mean?
Everyone
Team Leaders
Parents
Players
Audience: Everyone (players, parents, leaders).
Short answer: The colored dots show how each teammate has responded
to an event — and, for paid events, whether they've also paid.
| Dot | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Going and paid (or no fee required) |
| Turquoise | Going but not paid yet |
| Yellow | Maybe |
| Red | Not going |
| Gray | No response yet |
Where you'll see them
- Event cards on the team calendar (web and mobile) show the dot
row at the top of each card with the count next to each color. - Tournament cards on mobile also show the full dot row — this
used to be hidden on tournament-with-line events and is now
consistent with practice / meeting / social cards. - Inside an event, expanding the Players section breaks the
same buckets out into named lists so you can see exactly who is
in each group.
Notes / gotchas
- Turquoise (going + unpaid) is the newest color. Before the
2026-04-28 update, a "going" tournament RSVP from someone who
hadn't paid showed up as plain green, which made unpaid players
invisible to the team. Turquoise surfaces them. - Turquoise reflects whether the player's tournament balance is
paid — not just whether their RSVP is approved. - A small color legend now sits above the player list inside each
expanded event card.
